During the second world war, Franklin D. Roosevelt sent four scientists to the land of his forefathers, Holland, for a covert investigation of a new type of warfare; a warfare that would put travel on a higher level. A level that had been proposed to him from speculation of current scientific discoveries in radio waves, light travel, and the geometry and logic of space.

Roosevelt felt there was a spiritual connection that grew from the heritage that united his self, his wife and her uncle Theodore to the European country of the Netherlands. Franklin's warfare was not only to be physical but meta-physical, a doorway, as of yet unused, in American strategies.

Roosevelt had studied the scientific and spiritual progress of the Netherlands, and kept in close contact with a couple living in The Hague. This couple, George Escher, a civil engineer for the government, and his wife Sarah, a daughter of a government minister, sent information to FDR throughout his presidency about events that were developing. In the late 1940, the four scientists were sent after the Eschers had both died within a 10 month span. FDR felt that this was his sign to move ahead and begin more intense investigations.

Three of the Scientists were to actually work on a valid project, shielding the fourth scientist while he conducted FDR's other research.

The valid project was to test Radar Navigational Bombing Systems. RNBS's were radio signals broadcasted at specific wavelengths. Once they bounced off the intended object, a plane or boat, they could identify what and where it was. To get better directivity they wanted the wavelength signals to go from the current 3 cm to 1 ¼ cm. The scientists would not be suspect in going to Holland because an area was needed with both a highly dense population and a highly moist climate, the Netherlands being an area with 25% of the land actually below sea level and constant flooding problems.

The RNBS's so far had been tried at Bell Labs and succeeded until the signals reached 1 ¼ cm. It was at this wavelength that the signal could be absorbed in moisture. FDR explained that the signal problem needed to be resolved at ground zero-worst conditons in order for future successes to have 0 failure rate. FDR also felt that airways would be clearer since Hitler had gone on an attempt at confiscating all radios in Holland.

Always wanting to be in control of his Presidency, Roosevelt told very few of this operation. The way he disguised the nature of his illness that lead to his death was the same "duplicity" used in sending Scientists to Europe. Biographer Robert H. Ferrell said of him "He was a secretive man who liked to assign only parts of tasks to his assistants so that he, the president, would be the only one who knew the whole story." When Franklin Roosevelt died March 12th 1945, before the war ended, he had never fully disclosed the nature of the tests and the duration of this assignment to any of the 3 branches of government. The 3 scientists in Holland kept doing research and sending the info back to the states. 2 weeks after FDR's death, the fourth scientist, only known as GI found his way to Amsterdam where he came in contact with a Dominican priest, Fr. Joseph Frehe. Frehe spoke of a seer, Isje Johanna Peerdeman, who, in a hypnotic state, had an apparition from Mary, the mother of Jesus, the Lady of All Nations, who brought Johanna many prophecies. One such prophecy was spoken Feb 7, 1946 and concluded that the human race would travel out of the atmosphere into space and land on the moon. This form of travel was to be accomplished not by motion but by dimensional movement brought to the conscious state.

This prophecy was reported back to the contacts in the States. The operative who received this information could not report it to a dead president, so he brought it to a confidant whom he worked with at Bell Lab's army division.

This confidant reported it to his higher authority and immediately GI was brought in and he, feeling at ease, explained the whole FDR operation. The Bell Lab higher authority, gave this information to the military who then proceeded to ferret out the situation in the Netherlands.

Feeling that FDR had stepped into the wrong pile, they researched George and Sarah Escher who was FDR's original contact. Upon finding out that Mussolini had attended their grandsons christening, they saw a red flag coming up and they sent their own team to Holland to investigate the alleged apparitions and the Escher's ties.

The first person they investigated was the Escher's son Maurits Cornelis, a mathemetician who was receiving fair accolades for his artistic woodcuts and lithographs. The military team investigating him discovered he had no formal mathematics training, yet his art work was directly from projective and non-Euclidean geometries. Maurits, not being suspicious of the American military scientists, told them his research in Spain of patterns used in the Alhambra, and showed them tessellations shapes that change and interact with each other and sometimes breaking out of the plane itself. The scientists new that it must link to the letters Einstein wrote to FDR.

After also researching the Lady of All Nations mystique, the military scientists wanted to almagamate the ideas of Escher with the meta-physical aspects of the hypnotic state in which Johanna Peerdeman would delve into when she would acquire a extra terrestrial visit.

The conclusion of the military team was brought to a super-secret military weapons-grade project that had originated in Roswell, N.M. This military area, after the nuclear bomb armada was formed, was then directed towards new technology and the atomic structure of the surface of our atmosphere and the interior of it. There were groups that worked just on communication devices, trying to discover how radio waves got into space, groups that were trying to create anti-gravity propulsion units, groups that worked on special metals with micrometre-thin layers, and other groups. Technology was rapidly increasing and the President Harry Truman was soon to grant a contract to AT&T to begin commercialization from acquired technologies gleaned from the nuclear bomb. There were new electonics, new contols systems, new physics, and also Intercontinental Ballistic Missile technology that was discovered after getting a hold of one of Hitler's V-Series rockets.

In the beginning of 1946, two more groups were brought to Roswell; hypnotists and mathematicians. The mathematicians studied Einstein's letters, and tried to work in Escher's paradoxical figures. The hypnotists brought in 13 soldiers that were paratroopers who would have experienced atmospheric changes in their psyche as the gravitational-pull brought them to earth. In later years they enlarged their hypnotic-suggestive therapy to include Air Force soldiers.

It was in communications that the first technological break through happened. Working with atomic radiation, the controlled experiments were soon stimulating emissions of radiation with hopes of generating coherent light. By bouncing photonic light between two mirrors, it was discovered that the photons would clash with the atoms which would excite and generate radiation. As the radiation built up there was no semi-transport mirror to allow light to eventually escape, this caused a freak flood of incoherent photons going in all directions for the duration of one second. The flood crossed into the adjoining room where soldiers were under hypnosis.

The soldiers un-knowningly reported what was later termed Hyper Persistance Vision. Normally, the brain retains an image for 1/10th of a second, but the flood of photons increased their persistance vision by almost another 8/10th of a second. The soldiers under hypnosis each told a similar story of what they experienced during the photon flood. All of them recalled being in a different realm for about 10 seconds. They all spoke of being able to see, hear, and having an awareness of the other soldiers, but experienced no other sensation. Some saw each other as if an out of body experience, some saw other people that looked distorted and disfigured, some experienced motion and light coming towards them. The two experiment groups now became one. They continued to photo flash the soldiers, but increased the amount of flash time by a few seconds and increased the amounts of atomic radiation to come in contact with the photon flash. Soon the soldiers were divulging that they were communicating with one another while under photonic hypnosis. Some were seeing events that would unfold a few seconds later, some would make statements about certain people. Not exactly a prediction because they would get wrong the details but have an accuracy in the intention of the person they spoke about. The scientists also discovered that their hypnotic suggestion would have more affect on the soldiers during the flash.

This was the first break through in discovering that telecommunication was possible beyond the electronic field.

New scientists and inventors were brought in: ones that were working on the television medium. The television tube was 23 years old, television was a cool medium for about 7 years, and now the government was trying to speed up its discovery progress.

Every thing state-of-the-art was brought in: Motorized scanning and reproducing disks, photo cells, aerials, radio transmitters and receivers. A theory was presented that the soldiers may be not seeing madonna-esque apparitions, or being transformed to another dimension, but that the hypnosis coinciding with the photonic flash was opening up an atmospheric window to what exists beyond our eyes.

In July of 47, the scientists and inventors were setting up for a big photon flash. They went to an abandon part of the desert and brought the 13 soldiers. They set up for a 20 second flash with a huge set of mirrors enclosed in a chamber that would bounce the atoms radiation.

The flash began. It blew through the mirror chamber and sent a light in the sky that over surpassed the scientists expectations. The soldiers held their ground, their hypnotic state kept them still while the crowd of watchers fled from the blast of light. Within 10 seconds the flash stopped and the sky returned to the stars. The crowd turned back towards the soldiers and discovered that they and their flash chamber were gone. This was only for less than a minute. Soon what looked like a tear in the sky brought a sight that only the recovered soldiers would later be able to recall. In an instant the tear ripped and repaired. With the rip came a horrible metallic sound beating against the wind with sounds of engines thrusting in reverse screaming into the crowds ears. What followed was what everybody later agreed on . . . something crashed.
